RETURNS/EXCHANGE:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help!

Online orders are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note a 10% restocking fee will be applied to these returns.

Or you can return items for store credit (no restocking fee applied)

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached. Footwear must be in original condition and in the original shoe box

All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

Once 14 days have passed we can not accept any claims, exchanges or returns.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on the following items; sunglasses, ALL headwear, hair accessories, jewelry, body products, lotions, perfumes, bath products, house fragrances, undergarments, swimwear and body suits

Discounted/Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

To initiate a return/exchange, please complete the following steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. We will respond within 24 hours of your email return request. If return/exchange request is accepted you will receive a return label in an email. Print the prepaid return shipping label and send accepted items back to us using the label provided. You may use the same mailer or a similar size appropriate mailer for shipping back. 

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for store credit and exchanges. If your package becomes lost or damaged in transit, please file a claim with the according parcel service used. Please notify us via email so we may look into this as well. Please contact hello@skylarandskyler.com for any inquires.
